Rachel’s unique style of balloon decoration is classical elegance, designed to compliment your venue and colours. There is a large portfolio of designs to suit all tastes, packages are not encouraged, so each wedding Create the Scene undertakes is unique and very special.

Using only the best pearl finished balloons and quality materials we will create your desired look whether understated or dramatic in our own unique elegant style.

Don't worry if you are not sure where to start, we shall guide you through the process of creating your own unique arrangements & advise on placement.

Many of our arrangements can feature mini white lights for extra sparkle, giving your decor a fantastic glow...great for the evening. We can also decorate venues & marquees with lights & for that finishing touch, tealights with holders for your tables.

Swags of tulle / organza with a choice of bow style for head table, cake table and staircases to compliment your decor. Add a little sparkle with small white lights twinkling through the swags..

Civil Ceremony Decor
If you are planning a civil ceremony you will need to set the scene for your special day. We offer a Civil Decor package to include:

• Chair covers with organza sash to create the romantic feel and fade away the dominant room colours ready to add your own colour scheme.
• Chair end / pew decor and swaging
• Select elegant balloon decor for the entrance or as a focal point for your ceremony
• Topiary tree hire decorated in your colours and supplied with pots
• Marriage table swags and bows
• And the finishing touch...a plush red carpet to create your isle and make you feel special.

Many of the decorations for your ceremony room can also be used to decorate your wedding reception later. As we take attention to detail and placement very seriously we arrange for a member our team to be at the venue to ensure that the arrangements are moved from civil to reception and placed with care.

Some balloons weights are plastic and non biodegradable. Create the Scene therefore offers a range of lovely weights that are either reusable or made from biodegradable materials
